Not every family can get to Causeway Bay on a Tuesday evening. We run one-to-one tutoring at your home across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, and online for families anywhere.
Home tutoring
A tutor comes to you, with the same course plan, materials and progress reporting as a centre lesson. Home tutoring is priced above centre lessons to account for travel, and works best with a fixed weekly slot.
Practical note: a quiet room with a table matters more than most families expect. Kitchen-table lessons with siblings passing through cost a meaningful share of the session.
Online tutoring
We have taught online since 2020 and around a third of our lessons now run that way. Sessions use a shared digital whiteboard, so the tutor and student write on the same page — which matters for maths and the sciences, where watching the working is the point.
Lessons can be recorded on request, which is genuinely useful for revision. Online works particularly well for families who have relocated to the UK, Canada or Singapore and want to keep the same tutor.

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, subject to tutor availability. Tell us your district when you enquire and we will confirm before booking.
Is online tutoring as effective as in person?
For most students from around Year 9 upwards, yes, provided the tutor uses a shared whiteboard rather than just talking over a video call. Younger students and students who are easily distracted generally do better in person.
