Terms and Conditions

Lessons are booked in blocks agreed in advance. Payment is due before the first lesson of each block. Fees are quoted before booking and no registration or materials fee is charged.

Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Lessons cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. Where a tutor is unavailable we will offer cover or a rescheduled session at your preference.

Students may request a change of tutor at any time and without giving a reason. We will re-match as quickly as tutor availability allows.

We support students with Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, coursework and personal statements by coaching planning, structure and technique. We do not write, co-write or supply work to be submitted as a student's own. This applies without exception, and reflects both the IB's academic honesty requirements and the requirements of the examination boards and universities we work with.

Contact details submitted through this website are used to respond to your enquiry and to arrange and administer tutoring. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

We aim to help every student improve and many do so substantially, but we do not guarantee any particular examination grade, admission outcome or result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the work a student does between lessons.
